Thanks for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused! 1-7-2009 - 1:00am - Host System Upgrade Type: Network - Priority - CLOSED Status - RESOLVED The server is in the process of having some upgrades performed by the Host company. Some intermittent interuptions may be observed. 11-11-2008 - 10:04pm - Host Network being pillaged Type: Network - Priority - CLOSED Status - COMPLETE - We burning has been prevented. The Network our server resides on is being pillaged. We have hopes that this will be resolved before it gets to the "burned" stage. 11-07-08 - 5:43pm - Intermittent Problems - Type: Server - Priority: CLOSED - Status: CLOSED Intermittent Problems with Services on the server. Random short Outages May Occur. We are looking into this and are working to correct the issues. 10-24-2008 - 11:52 PM - Host Network Outage - Type: Network - Priority: CLOSED - Status: - Complete Our Datacetner is conducting a network repair. Once this is complete everything should be back up. Update 4:10-27-08 6:17pm: Everything is back online. Read Update 3 for more details. Update 3:10-27-08 4:36pm: Our server crashed during the network repair and we have been moved to a new server (We where in the process of migrating anyways) This server is up and running and accessible. We are now waiting for DNS to change and for the webservices to come online. (This can take 24 hours but often takes only a few.) Site services may be spotty for the next few days are kinks are worked out with the new server. Update 2: 10-26-08 10:46am: There appears to be an issue with our servers network connection. The host is working on resolving this. ETA 3 hours. (I hope). Update: 10-25-2008 10:38am: Extended downtime is expected do to unseen errors in the network repair. Services should return this evening or tomorrow morning. the Datacenter is keeping us advised. Core Kingdom level email backups have been activated: Crown@,caidchronicler@, chirurgeon@, constable@, exchequer@,heirs@, herald@, marshal@, relief@, seneschal@, webwright@ sca-caid.org are now functional. 10-16-2008 - 2:37 PM - Server Hardware Migration - Type: Server - Priority: CLOSED - Status: Complete Due to bad sectors on the Hard Disks of the Kingdom Server, A migration to new Hardware is required. This may take a few days to complete. Downtime should be low. Check back here for updates. Update: 10-24-2008 Server Migration is in progress, this could take a few days to complete 10-16-2008 - 2:00 PM - Time Warner/RR Email issues - Type: E-mail - Priority: CLOSED - Status: Complete Issues with updates to the Time Warner/RR Spam filter system are causing emails sent to these addresses to be blocked. We are working with Time Warner to resolve this issue. |
